Very good place. Taste is amazing. Awesome experience of hotpot.

Food tastes real good. So good that the price is not much of a factor any more. Down side is the wait is always long. Sometimes too long. Even now if you order food deliveries from them, it would always miss the estimated time on whatever platform you are using, because they always need more time to get your food ready. Also beware of the spiciness level here, it’s on the downplaying-actual-spiciness side at least for me.

Their meat cuts are of high quality. The beef slices had fatty streaks which gives it a tender and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The lamb didn't taste too lamby which is a good sign of high quality meat. I enjoyed eating the different housemade balls (e.g. fish, shrimp) as they prepare it as a paste for you. The variety of choices for food is pretty impressive. Overall, I think this place is great for its quality and variety but i would still personally choose to have Sichuan hot pot.

We've been here a couple of times now and must say that this is an amazing hotpot experience. The broths are super flavorful but a little pricey. Although they do give you a two flavour split pot option that makes it a bit cheaper. The selection of food items is very extensive. The ingredients are well cut, well prepared and of high quality. While it is a tad bit more expensive than the competitors, it's well worth the extra money. This is our go to place now.

Love this hot pot place. The service was excellent and our server was very attentive to our needs. They have a pretty wide variety of foods to order from and their sauce bar was on point. The only thing I would advise is to come earlier as this place gets pretty busy later in the evening.

Terrible experience. How can this place still operate is beyond me. It has flies all over the place, even in winter time! We asked how come so many flies. The waitress said they had tried to use the spray but couldn't get rid of the flies. And then the ayce, only 1.5 hr are allowed. After ordering the 3rd round, we were told that's the last call. At 1.5hr mark, they gave us the bill and wanted us to pay while we were still eating! In order words, they wanted us out after 1.5hr sharp despite many empty tables. Oh and we were sure they didn't clean the veggies. We had to pick out the bad/dirty part of the watercress...

Food was great, probably have to wait a long time in winter if you just walk in.Love the tomato base! Really enjoy the beef tongue and ordered a lot.There were less waiter/waitress during lunch time, and they made mistakes. Some dishes were just passed to the other table and they don’t admit that but once you noticed and told them they will give you yours immediately. And we could not get somebody to add something for us, had to pretend we were angry about that. The other time I went there was at night and during dinner time the service was a lot better.

An great hotpot place for all you can eat hotpot place. Absolutely the first choice when I crave for authentic Chinese hotpot! I’ve been here for 3 times. The veggies were fresh. We also ordered lamb and beef. Lamb was good but beef was a little bit chewy. There were various options for the dipping sauce too. There were also some fresh cut fruits and appetizers. You can help yourself to get whatever you want. Nice bright decor. Service was good too! Definitely will come back again!

This is my first time to have hot pot here. That was awesome. Nothing takes away trouble like a hot pot. The attitude is good and the dishes are plentiful. This is the place to eat hot pot.😋

It was my first time at a Hotpot restaurant. The staff were very helpful.I arrived at 6pm on a Wednesday, they were very busy, so I recommend making a reservation.

Always enjoyed the food from here. However extremely disappointed the other day. I had ordered from a delivery app and selected for beef (times 3) and rice yet neither of them were delivered to me. The other food items delivered were disappointing and well. The frozen tofu was still hard and cold on the inside and the mushrooms were undercooked. Have always enjoyed food from this place but this was very disappointing.

Fresh meats and well balanced soup bases and lots of options to choose from, not a bad value overall. A range of small appetizers & fruits available buffet style. However, the marinated meats were rather flavorless and I wasn't impressed overall with the taste. On top of that, the non-alcoholic drinks here are pretty expensive and small portioned.Although service was mostly friendly, they were majorly understaffed during the very beginning of dinner rush. Making for a lot of uncleared tables and a moderately long wait.

My favourite hot pot restaurant is back! You haven't had hot pot till you have it outside. Just like my experiences eating in Asia. The food and service was great tonight. Thank you so much!

For a party of 10 ppl, I will recommend you to separate your orders into 2 groups. Their ordering rule is to serve 1 order for the whole party. If you order beef, then it comes with beef for 10 ppl. Great place to go for hot pot fans. Authentic and each person has their own pot. I love spicy food but their broth is not spicy for me. I had fun here. I will come back.

Service was great! A bit slow but they were extremely busy, not an empty seat in the place, so i can understand that. The options were great, had the large pot with divider and 2 flavours, tomato and spicy. Use 1 pepper if you cant handle spice, 2 if you can. Was so happy to see cards at the sauce table on how to create some commonly used dipping sauces and thank god for that. Price was high for me. Be prepared to pay an all you can eat price for yourself and each person, + $2 during the holidays and a fee for the soup base that you choose. I did get over the price once I started experiencing the food but it would be easier to swallow if not so high.🤑

One of the better hotpot places. You can't go wrong with it. Love the idea of making your own sauce

This place is busy so reservations are highly recommended. The food came reasonably quickly and servers were attentive. There were hair on the shrimp ball plate. The table appeared to be clean but after we sat down there were sauce on the side of it. As well we found some of the utensils like the strainer was not washed thoroughly with food stuck on it. The mild level for soup base is too spicy for me so I didn’t really enjoy it.

I would definitely recommend making a reservation here because it is always really busy. We waited one hour to eat but it was pretty delicious. Lots of variety and soup bases were ok. Not the most delicious ive had but still flavorful. Washrooms definitely need some love, very smelly

Staff was rude!!! I can’t stress this enough. Extremely poor customer service. Dear Managers: PLEASE GET ALL NEW STAFF. Worst customer service I’ve received in my life. Once they seat you they don’t care about taking your order or how long it takes to bring you food. They call it all you can eat but kick you out saying the kitchen is closed well before closing time. Terrible!!!! Do yourself a favour..... Go anywhere else on Spadina!

The food tastes ok, but still the service needs to be improved a lot. Even though there were no customers at the time, the food still came out too slow. We were waiting like an hour for the beefs to come out (I’m exaggerating but it’s like that). I hope the place will be improved with a faster pace of service. That’ll would increase the quality of this restaurant. Thank you.
